Shipping policy
Kitty Catnip Toys uses a variety of shipping methods. Customers will have the option who they want to ship through, i.e. USPS, Fed Ex, UPS etc.
Customers will see shipping options (including cost) during check out that range from First Class Mail to UPS Next Day Air, and everywhere in between.
*We are not responsible for delivery delays during a natural disaster. i.e. Hurricane, Winter Storm, Flooding, etc. Therefore, rush delivery shipping charges won't be refunded for arriving late in the event of a natural disaster.
